These inflated bags are known to be more expensive to make than their latex counterparts. Foil balloons are definitely not biodegradable as they contain aluminum. Extra care should be given when letting children play with foil balloons. The metallic component of the balloons conducts electricity so it is best to keep an eye on the young ones. Because of this same reason, it is duly advised that foil balloons should never be released out-of-doors. Ok so I'm doing a secret santa and I need a good idea ... the person I'm doing is about 18 and she's really creative..likes making things ie. Costumes, bags ...etc. but I'm a guy so idk what to get. Can't be a gift card and min value is $10 I'll go up to $20 not much higher... any ideas?

Get her a set of fabric markers, or a few yards of some nice fabric if she likes sowing? Or a sketch pad for designing things. If you told me what she liked to make things with I might have a better answer.
OH! I know. If she doesn't know how to crochet, get her a book on how to crochet, if she does, then get her a book of crochet patterns.
