Make Your Day Special With Wedding Cross Stitch by Julia Wigham
Brides can do many things to incorporate wedding cross stitch designs into the planning of their wedding day or making items for the day itself. Hand-stitching invitations, place card settings, wedding favors, embroidery on the dress or ring pillows can add a unique touch. Wedding samplers can be created before or after the event to help commemorate the matrimony.
You can create a gift for a friend or family member who is getting married. Incorporating some special item from their wedding, like their wedding colors or the type of flowers that the bride or the bridal party will be carrying, is a way to personalize their wedding cross stitch present.
Changing colors in patterns is an easy thing to do to match the couple's wedding dcor. When choosing the colors, make sure that there is a difference between the colors and the change isn't too subtle.
Keep in mind traditional motifs when choosing cross stitch wedding patterns, such as a bride or groom, hearts, wedding rings, a wedding cake, bouquets of flowers, the wedding dress, wedding bells, ribbons and lace and perhaps a dove or two. Although, of course, not all marriages are held in a church, for those that are, the building itself could be included in a cross stitch wedding sampler.
Don't be afraid to play with the themes of a wedding. Make the bride and groom look like their favorite animals. You can also use something as exotic as chickens or cows dressed up in wedding attire!
The names of the bridge and groom, along with the date and perhaps the location can all be included on a counted cross stitch wedding sampler to make the needlework more personal. If there isn't enough room for the complete names why not just include the intials?
To make the sampler even more special, you can embellish it with Swarovski beads, ribbon, lace, or metallic threads in silver or gold. Complete the wedding cross stitch project by mounting it in a beautiful frame, to present the couple with an heirloom piece to treasure as they remember the day of their marriage.

What do you think of "the human centipede two" being banned in the uk?
Hey. So first off im not in the uk, and am soo happy this movie is coming out in the states sometime in october. I saw the first, and yes it was rather ill, it was different.. and like nothing ive ever seen before. I am looking forward to the second, even though its more of a sex-addicted movie type thing.
Personally i think this movie should not be banned in the uk. Its not real. People should have the say weather or not they watch a movie.. I understand showing this to younger children might be an issue, but other then that, anyone should be able to watch it. Whats the worst that can happen? a few nightmares. This movie is complete fiction.. Tom six isn't implying he sits in a lad all day sewing people together mouth to anus.. its a movie. Horric, and gross Isn't that what we want?
its ridiculous! in all honesty the concept sounds hilarious! lets look at the first - its supposed to be sick, disgusting and horrific -> LIES. its an awful film, good concept, poor execution. anyway, this one sounds as though it would be better. i'm going to find a way to watch it regardless. but anyway, its just a film jeez! talk about cencorship!
