i like to plan in advance so i'm already looking for my 8th grade graduation dress so i will have an idea for what i'm going to want by the time my graduation comes. if you can give me a website of stores that would have cute stuff for a 13 year old girl i would appreciate it (please don't give macy as a website because i have already checked it out). i would preferably like the dresses to be under $100
