Hot Trends in Womens Shirts by
Your wardrobe is supposed to reflect who you are, right? And, with styles changing so quickly, it can be hard to find a trend that truly tickles your fancy. Not to worry--we've gathered a range of the hottest (and latest) trends in women's shirts, so you can nab the style that matches your personality and nail the look. We all know that a new, perfectly fitted women's shirt can take any morning from drab to fab. And, we're here to help you do it in only the hottest styles. Don't think that plaid was just for your grandfather, silk is only for dressy occasions, or over sized draping is done. These styles are hot and back on top, and we're here to help you take on the town in the one that suits your style!
Let's kick off our trends hunt with one that's been rocking the fashion world all season: plaid. This unexpected trend has been totally taking over--whether it's Lauren Conrad or your next-door neighbor, it seems this fashion movement is taking the world by storm. One of our favorite options for this cool look comes from Gap. Affordable and super flattering, their 'Paid Ombre Shirt' takes this trend and does it right. Its shrunken fit, blurred plaid pattern, and front chest pocket take a traditional button up shape, and mold it for a female. Plus, we love that it's made of 99% cotton with just a 1% touch of spandex, for a truly comfortable feel. Its long sleeves can be rolled up (complete with button cuffs), or let down for cooler days.
Affordable, cute, and well fitted, this fun take on one of this season's hottest styles offers a great option for those of you who want to hop onto the plaid train in a new, cool way. Pair this great top with boot cut denim jeans and cowboy boots, or take those cowboy boots and couple tuck this top into your favorite high-waisted pencil skirt for a fresh aesthetic.
Moving away from the patterns, and over to a trend that gets tweaked seasonally, we're checking out one of the best new basics around. Ella Moss' 'Tallah Bead Top' takes a muted color, three-quarter-sleeve shirt, and makes it fabulous. Graceful and pretty as always, Ms. Moss always seems to have her fabric and draping down to a T, and she definitely does here.
This high scoop neck top boasts a 100% micro modal make-up, which is seriously soft and feels fabulous; couple that with the lightly beaded ribbon that ties at the nape of the neck, and you have a sexy, unexpected feel done in serious style. We love the gathering along the neck and bust line, and simply cannot get enough of this basic done a little differently. Couple this flirty feminine top with your favorite skinny jeans and yellow flats for fun (or, go with silver flats for a slightly dressier look!) You really cannot go wrong with this beautifully draped basic top.
Now, we would be remiss to not include a flow-y silk top: this season's must-have, and perfect partner to skinny jeans, we love that silk has entered everyday fashion. For a truly pretty take for just about any shape, look to 7 For All Mankind's 'Crinkle Silk Chiffon Petal Top.' This beautifully done silk tank boasts a double-layer crinkle silk chiffon material that gives off a lightweight, soft feel with a cool matte finish. The pretty black and grey petals that line the front scoop neckline add a unique, feminine touch, while we love the sassy, unexpected keyhole back. Pair this effortlessly pretty top with dark wash denim and your favorite pair of black point heels, and you'll be ready for an evening out.

How would you accessorize a dress like this?
http://www.sydneysvintageclothing.com/store/p/7008-Vintage-80-s-50-s-Style-Halter-Dot-Rockabilly-Swing-Dress-Small.html
I made a dress very similar to this dress, minus the gathered skirt and gathered back. I'm getting ready for a photo shoot of my clothing, but idk what to do with this dress. My bf doesn't like it with a white belt, but I do. Do you have any suggestions?
Okay. Belt is out of the question. It will look to overdone and it will make it look horrible. Everyone will look at the belt not you and the dress.
First Put something in your hair. A fake flower, hair band, something that isn't too much but a good medium hint that you want to look good.
Then a nice necklace. Not something Big and bulky but a simple maybe pearls or something.
Earring wise. Maybe big hoops. Try bracelets on one side. /Bangles.
Don't use to much of the same color as the main part of the dress try introducing a similar lighter color to keep it together but completely you.
Hope everything goes well!
And you'll look great!
