Imagine layers of long black curls, a sweet heart shaped face, full plump lips and clear crystal blue eyes, a curvy figure and legs that extended for miles. She was like my fantasy woman come too life. Immediately my throat felt dry and I could feel my heart beat kick into overdrive, I almost tripped over my own two feet I was so stunned by her appearance. She was walking towards the bar as well and for one split second our eyes locked, and she gave me a little smile, before she kept walking.
I stopped walking stunned that she had even noticed me and I hesitated. I wondered if I should approach her, and to confuse me even more, she looked back over her shoulder at me again smiling, then I knew she was interested. I still did not walk up to her though, ignoring what all my instincts said about how to get girls!
I waited for a few minutes while she ordered her drinks at the bar thinking of all the reasons why I should not make a move. I thought she is too pretty; I'm not good enough for her, a girl like that is probably is only interested in rich guys. Every possible excuse that their was I thought of it. While on her way back from getting her drinks, she walked by me again and smiled one more time, seeming to say with her eyes what are you waiting for.
I still refused to make a move, thinking I would go get the drinks for me and my friends first to try to work up my nerve. By the time I had paid for my drinks and walked back to our table she was out on the dance floor, huddled up in the corner with some other guy holding her tight. I watched her all night as they talked, danced and laughed together. While they were walking out, obviously too go back to his place our eyes locked again. I know she could see the regret in my eyes and in hers I could see regret too. Regret that I did not have the confidence to make a move on her. She shrugged her shoulders at me and walked on out.
Because I hesitated, she went off with another guy. I learned that night to get girls you just need to have confidence in what you bring to the table. Looking back at the guy she was their was nothing special about him. He was not any better looking or a better dresser than I was. He did however know how to approach a woman and talk to her, qualities that I had not been smart enough to develop.
I now know how to get girls and approach them instead of waiting around to build up confidence. The next time I saw a beautiful girl I wanted I made eye contact and walked right over too her. Of course, I do not always walk away with the girl but 9 times out of 10, I get her phone number. Remember just because you hesitate does not mean that the next guy will, and you will just be left with your regrets.

Girls: long hair or dreadlocks on a white guy?
I have light brown hair and I am a senior in high school. I have hair thats a few inches past my shoulders and I am planning on growing it longer. I have also been thinking about growing dreadlocks.
Dont grow dreadlocks. My brother got dreadlocks and they looked horrible and he was always the one who brushed his hair 24/7 and he tried to brush his dreads but then they looked f'ed up. Just keep your hair long if its healthy, or you could try cutting it.
