How do i make myself not look like a raccoon?
Ok. So I wear eyeliner on the top and bottom, but I try to put a thin line top and bottom, but I still look like a raccoon. I would wear it only on the bottom waterline, but it comes of in like an hour! Idk What to do. And dont say to go out and get a different kind of eyeliner cuz i am broke. Best answer will get 10 points.
