I have hosted literally dozens of bridal showers and I am tired of the same old games. What's new, fresh, funny, and interactive? I like games that evoke interaction and a little competition -- and that make you laugh.
Here are the games I DON'T want to play (some are great fun, just been there/done that too many times):
Make a Bridal Gown out of toilet paper
Purse scavenger hunt/bingo
Bridal present bingo
Get to know the bride/groom
Word jumbles or word scrambles
Guess the powder
Memory game
Guess the famous bride/couple/wife/etc.
Write a poem/advice/recipe for the bride
No games of chance (pop a balloon, sticker on a plate, etc.)

I was recently at a bridal shower, and we played this really cool game. The mother of the bride-to-be found picture of Cindy when she was younger. She put the pictures on a presentation board and decorated it. The pictures were labled with A, B, C, D, etc... The game was to guess how old Cindy was in each picture. (The fun part was that the pictures were funny and most likely embasrrasing to Cindy) We also picked a number at the bottom of our answer sheet in case of a tie.
