I believe I know what you are talking about. I don't know where you could those - BUT - consider this ... we did this in a house we used to live in.
Make something akin to a window box that fits around it. Of course the bottom is left open to accomodiate the lighting. Then either upholster or cover the wood with wallpaper to match your decor.
We loved it in our house. Inexpensive, easy and such a way to compliment any room.
We also did this over the tops of some windows and it worked so well. So many compliments we received on this simple approach to decorating.
