i have a simplicity brand winnie the pooh bassinette that was recalled and i wasnt told that my model number was part of it, i sent out the paperwork and everything they needed and i still wasnt notified.
does anyone have the 800 number to reach simplicity cuz the one that i have thats on the manual says that there is no route found and i get hung up on.
