Wear the skirt high (seems weird but it's super flattering, makes you look more fashionable and your waist thinner, I am into modeling and this is always what they tell me because I always want to wear my skirt lower lol) and
Go with a simple all black tank top (not tee shirt) tank. With the two finger width sleeves. You don't want to go over the top and a simple black shirt will bring out more in the skirt.
