I am trying to find a pencil skirt but I have no hips and my figure is basically straight up and down. My legs are quite skinny and I'm a size 12-14. When I try on pencil skirts, although they can add to the hip area, I find at the hemline the width is usually too wide and the skirts don't hang well.
