What is wrong with me? People keep looking at me and talking about me, it is really getting me down?
Well it is 20 degrees centigrade outside, everyone is wearing just like T-shirts, vests, shorts, skirts, dresses...
But I get cold really easily, I had to wear a vest, with my high-neck jumper over it, and my big black coat into sixth-form just so I am not freezing cold.
But everyone kept looking at me and I overheard them talking about me so I felt really self conscious.
I am not skinny, my body fat percentage is 25% and I have a good amount of muscle, plus I have had blood tests, I am not anemic, and there is nothing wrong with my thyroid.
I always workout, both cardio and strength, plus I eat a healthy diet.
Why do I have this problem?
It is just getting me down?

Im like that too. Honestly some people just have a hard time getting warm and staying warm. I wouldnt worry about people talking about you, honestly that pitty of them. Something that helps me is wear a cammi under your shirt which keeps in the warmth, drink some hot which keeps your insides warmer and don't worry about it! If it continues or you feel it is a real problem, go to your doctor but from my expericence its normal. keep your head up, and think of it this way when they are all hot, sweaty and gross you'll be comfortable!
