What's a good outfit to wear to a New Year's Eve party?
I'm 16 almost 17. I have a party to go to which we have to dress up for. A lot of really hot boys a going to be there. I'm going to be one of the only girls there. I like bright colors and black and white. I'm looking for layers-3 shirts, a vest, skirt, and leggings. I will NOT wear a dress or pink. Thanks for anyy suggestions!!!!
