in france it was wore b4 french revolution..bt as girls were seriously kept into diet...mostly girls faint while wearing it....as they wore it all the day and the whole YEAR......i was thinking if it again come in fashion as wearing it feels like a PRINCESS...for some hours only!!!

I would wear one and I do wear them...but not as tight as the french did. And I don't wear them like your picture. I wear them more like this http://www.freewebs.com/ascension_of_the_spirit/corset.jpg though obviously thats not me, its Amy Lee.
But I would love to see them incorporated into more mainstream fashion. Maybe a half top half corset with some sort of pattern on the like in your picture. Or maybe a floral pattern.
