Ok so I'm having a Halloween party this year and my family and I are dressing up as our favorite characters from The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy, Wicked Witch, Scarecrow and Glinda) I'm already buying my costume but I need help with my hair, I'm not sure if she has braided pigtails or just wavy ones if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.
