Black or white top with a nude bodycon skirt?

I want to wear it with a plain Vest Top tucked in to it, would black or white look better? Also, would black tights look okay with this skirt or should I always wear skin coloured tights with it?
Well pastel colours are in at the moment, so if it is a daytime look i would go for a white top tucked in with skin coloured tights. But for the night time id definatly say black tights with a black top
